Aims

1. To provide every student of English with further opportunities for extending their knowledge and experience of the cultures of other people as well as opportunities for personal and intellectual development
2. To enable every student to prepare for the future careers and the demands of the modern world, including study and work in the English medium
3. To foster the self-learning attitudes and establish self-directed learning in General English
